Chiltern Railways is run by Arriva UK, a Deutsche Bahn AG company. They operate the London Marylebone station to Birmingham Snow Hill and to Aylesbury via Amersham, as well as to Stratford-upon-Avon and Kidderminster.
They have been voted one of the best railways company in the UK. Very well known for punctual and well looked after trains. It is their goal to consistently serve their customers to the best possible degree and aims "To be the best Passenger Railway in the UK".
Despite all the above good intent, sometimes things do go wrong.
