London Heathrow To Essex (Queens Hospital in Romford)

by Alexios
(Greece)

I will be in London on the 29th of December (heathrow airport) from Greece. I would also like to reach Essex (nearby Queens Hospital). Please inform me how can I reach my destination?

Where have I to take the train from and where to stop. If there is available a timetable, I would appreciate it. My landing is 11:15 at Heathrow airport (Hoping the weather is ok), so I will be at the central London at 13:30 approximately, please give me information for the rest of the journey. if it is possible inform me for the cost also
Kid regards
Alexios

Alternative Route
by: Archie (London)

Hi Alexios,

Another route is to stop at Holbron, if you took the train from Heathrow Airport (Piccadilli Line). At Holborn, take the Central line underground train (tube) going towards Epping (East Bound). Stop at Stratford station, and change over to either the bus or overhead train going to Romford. Then at Romford train station, take another bus - the same bus suggested by the UK Railways Team, and stop at the Hospital.

I hope this helps a little - It could snow and spoil your journey if you depend on the train only.

Cheers.

Archie
